Mitch Hagney is Director of Food Sustainability at the San Antonio Food Bank, where he operates a 75 acre urban farm to reduce hunger in South Texas. He also owns LocalSprout, a food hub and hydroponic farm, and served as President of the Food Policy Council of San Antonio for seven years.
